Who We Are
HealthSTAT’s day-to-day operations are led by the Board of Directors (BOD) and staff. The student leaders are also guided by the Board of Advisors (BOA) and Programmatic Advisory Committee, which are comprised of professors and community partners.
Board of Directors
HealthSTAT is a student-run organization, with a Board of Directors (BOD) comprised of various professional students across Georgia.
The purpose of the Board of Directors is to ensure the fulfillment of HealthSTAT’s mission and oversee the operations of HealthSTAT. The BOD is responsible to the organization in the following ways:
- Following HealthSTAT’s vision
- Cultivation of relationships with students, schools, and community partners
- Forming part of HealthSTAT’s public image
- Development of diverse funding streams
- Ensuring the financial health of the organization
- Asking the right questions in order to make informed decisions about HealthSTAT’s future
